Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our delivery services are available within the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 working days of payment confirmation, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping method, and unforeseen factors (e.g., weather, courier delays). If delays occur due to events beyond our control, such as customs or strikes, we are not liable for such delays.

1.     Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. International orders may incur additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Any current promotions for free or discounted shipping will be displayed during checkout.

2.     Age Verification: In compliance with the Licensing Act 2003, recipients of alcohol deliveries must be at least 18 years old. Age verification will be required at the time of delivery, and valid government-issued identification must be presented. If age verification fails, the order will not be delivered, and additional fees may apply for redelivery.

3.     Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

4.     Lost Items: If your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

5.     Missed Deliveries and Redelivery: If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to verify age, the courier may attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or return handling. If the package is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

6.     Ownership and Risk: Ownership and risk of loss for items pass to the customer upon successful delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery.

7.     Changes to Delivery Address: If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched, and additional charges may apply.

8.     International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control. Customs duties, taxes, or confiscation by customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

9.     Events Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
